Special Dietary Requirements

At World Cuisine, we take great care to ensure that every one of our customers has a safe and reassuring dining experience. We have considerable experience in providing catering for Halal, Vegetarian and Gluten-free customers. We fully observe Food Standards Agency requirements to identify any possible food allergens present in any of our dishes. All food is prepared on World Cuisine premises and only the freshest ingredients are used. We are Environmental Health registered and all staff are aware of the importance of maintaining the highest health and hygiene standards.

Halal

We offer a comprehensive range of Halal dishes served with dips, including Lamb Samosas, Meat Spring Rolls, Chicken drumsticks and Southern-fried Chicken Wraps. All our buffet menus can substitute Halal meat in place of non-Halal, and are clearly labelled. Call me to discuss your requirements.

Vegetarian

We can provide a range of delicious vegetarian dishes. Our tasty fillings include cheese & spring onion, philadelphia with roasted peppers, or apple, cheese & mayo. We also offer a wide range of tasty optional extras at 70p per head, including onion bhajis, vegetable samosas, vegetable spring rolls, dim sum selection and vol au vents.

Gluten Free

All of our buffets, meal deals and individual dishes can be amended to use gluten-free ingredients. Unfortunately, GF ingredients do tend to be more expensive, so please contact me in advance to discuss your specific needs and obtain an accurate quote for your food requirements.
